Hierarchy: The two faces of truth
This is how the RAE defines the word Hierarchy:

The nest is a need in certain jobs, one of the best examples is mine. Without taking professional responsibility at various levels depending on their skills and experience would be very hard to make things work as they should .

To make the things work there must be teamwork that makes music that is harmonious melody.
The danger of the hierarchy, is the fact that you can set levels that team loses consciousness. Be placed as gradation, as stated in the SAR, you can make one think that they are not worthy of doing certain jobs or other responsibilities that make them appropriate. Normally, things would be like:

I tell you something that happened in a watch, and I've written as a story for a contest of "resistant" to see what you think:
Just before going to dinner, the Samur brings a boy for an attack, under the influence of alcohol and cocaine. Pretty hectic. Comes with a paragraph-contused wound. A voice, trying to convince us that he is good person and that his grandfather's civil guard and we'll see how you call ... 15 minutes of conversation, to explain that I'm just there to heal the wound, and that has nothing convince me of anything.
"Look," We are not policemen, and policemen. We are doctors. I'm here to take care of you.
- Well pretty, well, I trust you, logo when we leave, I invite you a beer ...
- Whatever you want, but let me tell you something ...
Total, which would result, when there are two of my deputies on duty by the box. Tall, dressed in green square ...
- "You told me you were not civil guard! You have deceived me! I'm out of here, I want to torture ...!"
