Hierarchy: The two faces of truth

This is how the RAE defines the word Hierarchy:

"Gradation of people values \u200b\u200bor dignity. "

The nest is a need in certain jobs, one of the best examples is mine. Without taking professional responsibility at various levels depending on their skills and experience would be very hard to make things work as they should .

hierarchy if successful, is a pyramid, in which the lower echelons, are also larger, and give sustenance to those who rise above them. They are also required to reach higher levels. The more robust is the base, the higher the building can rise. Without higher levels structure incomplete, and there are certain needs that remain unfulfilled. Reaching the top of the pyramid means to have gone through each of the steps that support it. There are views that can not be seen from below.

Also, be up means being confident in the foundation on which you are relying. To do your job at the base is necessary that when you ask for a look from higher levels who come through, see the same thing you see, and a little more (sometimes much more). To make the things work there must be teamwork that makes music that is harmonious melody.

The danger of the hierarchy, is the fact that you can set levels that team loses consciousness. Be placed as gradation, as stated in the SAR, you can make one think that they are not worthy of doing certain jobs or other responsibilities that make them appropriate. Normally, things would be like:

That is, in short, and always from my point of view (partial, and probably wrong about many things, because I've never seen the pyramid from above) , the hierarchy is a good way to work, if done team.
