In surgery, as in life, there are many types of people.

And of course, are the extremes. On one side those who always believe that the blame for things going wrong is the other, the instrumental, the patient, another specialist ... In no case yourself. No more lines deserve.
the other end are my favorites, which are able to make the impossible look easy. Those who face the problems they think they can do to help, not who was to blame. Those who are able to remain calm amid the storm. Those who are impeccable in most things they do, and if not (not always possible), at least they still try.
a couple of weeks I've been very close to these great geniuses, and they come out every day with the feeling of doing what I have in the right place. They make it back home wanting to continue studying to take the time. They make me realize what I have left to learn, and I woke up hungry in the morning of surgery. I make sure that other days I work only for the money I paid.
