Carbs In Watermelon Good

Who wakes up first?

a guard without being too stressful, there has been nothing boring. And yet, in addition to mentally review the last surgery, which is something I always do and I can not help, I repeatedly comes to mind a question I did last night and I do wish to share with you, to see what you think (you have to get wet).

Take a hypothetical case in which a night guard in a R1 family were at the door, a surgery R1 in the first call and a ray R1. Once properly explored and chronicled the patient in view of the appropriate complementary tests (excluding TAC if necessary) to the three it seems that the patient may have emergency surgical pathology and the need for a test image. What wakes deputy first? Why? What is the logical sequence? I hope

opinions before giving mine. By the way, greetings for the blue-eyed blond prettier team digestive)
