Of course not, I think so and indeed (always from my point of view), all attached to my hospital, which is more keen eye, and best known in detail to each patient is a woman.
However, there are attached more or bosses who do not want women in their services (oddly enough I'm not making this up), and surgery courses (in Spain) the speakers are often mostly male. Most department heads or professors in surgery so are (or that's the impression I have so far).
And I pose Is being female a disadvantage to reach leadership positions in this profession? As you will understand at this time of my life is not something that worries me, but it caught my attention and opened the debate.
