On 23 October, Zaragoza Extremadura Home held an evening of visual poetry in the Civic Center University, an act that falls under the "Read Extremadura" promoted by the Board Extremadura. The event was attended by Councilman Manuel Medrano, president of the Federation of CC. RR. and Provincial of Aragon Jaime Feijoo, the presidents of various Regional Houses, Home related Extremadura Zaragoza and the general public informed of the call.
The presentation consisted of three parts. In the first, the poet Antonio Gomez, who lives in Merida and internationally recognized for their participation in contemporary art fairs like ARCO, Transit and others presented his latest book "Crossroads" by reading a selection of poems. In the second part, the projected number of artistic productions of visual poetry of the author who was commenting on the title of the individual and the impact that produced some of the public who follows his proposals. In the third part, accompanied by the melody of the cello played by Stephanie Villar, the poet read a poem about his memories of childhood and youth and after which the author encouraged the audience to recall the past.
After the ceremony, a lively gathering was organized by signing copies of his latest book, along with products from Extremadura in our office, where President Manuel Nevado gave a detail the poet to thank you for your kind visit.
